Information & Referral Centre
Friendly, multilingual staff provides accurate, up-to-date information and referral to various programs and services in the community to meet clients’ specific needs. Our information and referral program compasses a walk-in and drop-in center offering comprehensive information including but not limited to licensing, credential evaluation, language training, housing application support, health services, legal issues, government programs, citizenship and immigration, employment, and skill training.

Banking for Newcomers in Canada

In partnership with settlement agencies, we provide direct settlement services to eligible clients in need of additional settlement support. Clients can meet with settlement workers at each location to receive assistance with the following: Form-filling assistance for government documents and benefits including applications for OHIP, SIN, CCTB, GST/HST Credit, and driver’s license.  Help with renewing a permanent resident card, preparing for a citizenship test and applying for Canadian citizenship.
